the reservoir until the normal drinking level is restored.
Does it need electricity, batteries or charging?
No. The waterer works entirely through gravity, so it does not
require a power cord, battery, charging cable, water pump,
Wi-Fi connection or mobile app.
Quiet and cordless:
there is no electric motor running while your pet drinks.
Does it filter or purify the water?
No. This is a gravity-fed automatic waterer rather than an
electric filtered fountain. It does not contain a pump or a
replaceable filter.
Important:
always use clean drinking water and replace the water regularly.
Why do I sometimes hear a bubbling sound?
A brief bubbling sound is normal. It means air is entering the
reservoir while a small amount of water is being released into
the bowl.
The sound should only occur briefly when the bowl is being
automatically refilled.

What should I do if water is not flowing?
Make sure the reservoir contains water, the opening is not
blocked, the bottle is installed correctly and the base is
standing level.
Remove and reinstall the reservoir to help release trapped air.
Will the bowl overflow or leak onto the floor?
When correctly assembled on a flat surface, the gravity system
is designed to stop releasing water once the bowl reaches its
normal working level.
Check that the bottle, cap and connector are secure. Stop using
the waterer if leaking continues.
Can my pet knock it over?
The wide base is designed to improve stability and help reduce
sliding or accidental tipping during normal use.
For active pets, place the waterer against a wall or on a
non-slip waterproof pet mat.
Can I use an ordinary plastic water bottle?
