Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I redeem a discount code?

To apply a promotional code during checkout, please follow these instructions:

  1. Add your selected hair care products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
  2. On Mobile: Tap the "Show order summary" link at the top of the screen to reveal the discount input field.
  3. On Desktop: Locate the "Discount code" box on the right-hand side of the screen.
  4. Enter your code and click "Apply." Once the total has been updated, you may finalize your payment via credit card or PayPal.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

Revairau supports a variety of secure payment options, including:

  • Major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner’s Club.
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

Our standard international shipping fee is generally USD $5.99. Please note that the final rate may vary depending on your specific location or ongoing promotional offers. The exact shipping total will be clearly displayed at the final stage of checkout before you confirm your order.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you provide international delivery?

Absolutely. We offer worldwide shipping. As a global brand, Revairau utilizes multiple fulfillment centers across various regions. To ensure the most efficient delivery, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your destination.

Q: What is the estimated delivery timeframe?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the typical delivery window is between 10 and 20 business days.

Q: How can I monitor my shipment?

After your package is sent out, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through universal tracking platforms such as 17track.net.

Q: Why has my tracking information not updated?

It typically takes 24–48 hours for the logistics system to reflect the initial scan. Furthermore, it is normal for tracking updates to pause for several days while a package is in transit between international hubs or awaiting customs clearance.

Q: Why did I only receive part of my order?

To expedite delivery, items in a single order may be shipped in separate parcels from different specialized warehouses. If this occurs, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package via email.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Q: Can I update my delivery address or contact details?

Address corrections are extremely time-sensitive. Please email support@revairau.com immediately with the subject line "Urgent: Address Change." Include your Order Number, Order Email, and the corrected shipping details. We will attempt to update the information if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer modify the destination.

Q: Can I change the items in my order (size, color, or quantity)?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@revairau.com right away with the subject line "Urgent: Order Change." We can only accommodate adjustments if the order has not reached the fulfillment stage.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please note that a small processing fee may apply to cancellations. Once the shipping process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.


Post-Delivery Support

Q: My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email support@revairau.com with the following details so we can resolve the issue:

  1. Your Order Number and Order Email.
  2. Clear photographs or a video of the damaged item.
  3. A photo of the shipping label on the exterior of the package.

Q: What if my product is defective or has quality issues?

At Revairau, we uphold strict quality standards. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our support team. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with supporting photos or videos so we can arrange a replacement or solution.

Q: I received the wrong item or am missing a product. How can this be fixed?

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please notify us at support@revairau.com. Include your Order Number and a photo of the items received (including the shipping label), and we will correct the error immediately.


Account & Communication

Q: Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders first. If the email is not found, it is possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Contact us with your name and the intended email address so we can locate your order and resend the confirmation.

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are usually generated within 1–2 business days after your order is processed. If you have not received a notification after this period, please check your spam folder before contacting our support team for an update.
