Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled with fairness and transparency in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Unused, unworn, and with original tags.
- In its original packaging (including all attachments and manuals).
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

- Defective or Error: If your return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Change of Mind: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Authorization Required: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 72 hours) at support@revairau.com with photos of the issue. As we specialize in precision hair styling tools, please ensure any damaged items are not powered on or used prior to the return request to ensure safety and eligibility.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Hygiene Sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, any hair care tools (such as brushes or combs) that show signs of use or have been removed from sealed hygienic packaging cannot be returned.
- Custom Products: Personalized styling kits or custom-made items.
- Final Sale: Sale items, original shipping fees, and gift cards.
5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
